Hanging around the house

On Sunday we didn't make it to church, but I did want to dress up to hang around the house. This is the outfit I chose. I left on my pj shirt, paired it with an aqua knit skort, some red boots (my favorite) and completed the ensemble with a pink polka-dot bow. What do you think...is fashion designing in my future or what! I stayed in this outfit ALL day:) Mommy decided to give me a funky hairdo to go with my wild outfit....count 'em...5 pigtails! Ladies, please don't be jealous of my long, lean legs. Oh yea, I even went outside to play in my matching attire:)
Mommy was determined to get me into a 2 piece bathing suit this year. We tried one on at the store that really showed off my belly. I didn't like it and kept trying to pull it down. Then she thought she'd be sneaky and buy this one with the ruffle so I can't see my belly to try to cover it up. At home, I discovered it was showing and did my best to cover it!

That didn't work so I'll just have to suck in my gut:) Check out my legs again..."squishy" as my cousin Riley once called me!
Somehow I managed to get this basket around my head and can't seem to get it off!! Help!!!

At the games....

Baseball games are keeping Daddy, Mommy, & me busy as ever. It's been a little chilly, so some of the games Mommy and I have to hang out in the car. Here I am watching a little Dora and munching on my fav....popcorn! No kernels, just the puffs:) Daddy saves us a good parking spot on the hill when the weather is warm. I play in the bed of the truck some, and I also like to get in the front of this old pick up and drive a little. Opening and closing the door keeps me busy for quite a while too!
On Saturday, I took a 2 hour nap at the game! When I woke up, Mommy told me my Ms. Erin and Ms. Emily were at the game. They're two of my favorite teachers at school!!! I perked up really quickly and was ready to go visit. I kept them just as busy at the game as I do at school chasing me around in the bleachers:)

We got a victory, so into the dugout I went. The last game a player put up the bats before I got in there and I was not too happy. This game I was waiting and ready for that last out to be made. Doesn't he know I'm the ultimate bat girl and this is my job!

HaPpY eAsTeR

Yeah, the Easter Bunny came to visit me!!
In the video you'll see me dancing with my bunny KK gave me. Hope it works for you:)
I was most excited about the small basket full of Smarties! How did he know how much I love those???
I'm sitting on a Dora pillow book eating...you guessed it, Smarties :)
I got a sun hat in my basket. How do I look?
After church, we went to eat at Cracker Barrel. These pegs kept me entertained while I waited for my food to come...notice the focused look I have with my tonge out!
Giddy up horsey! "Neighhhh"
Here is my complete Easter outfit. It was so windy, my hat kept blowing off. You should have seen Mommy chasing it in the parking lot at church...hahaha.
Don't I look grown up.
Out to play after a good Sunday afternoon nap.

Trip to Murray

This weekend my Daddy's ballteam played Murray...his alma mater. So Mommy and I went and met Jess and KK there. We got to do a lot of fun things!!! Here I am walking with Jess....it was cold at the ballgame Friday!!
I played a little ball with KK. Then it got too cold for me and Mommy took me to the car to watch Dora :) After the game we went back to the hotel to get ready to go eat. I was warming up my vocals and did a little high pitched screaming....I look like I'm making the same face as Sponge Bob!We went to eat at Mr. Gatti's and then I got to go to the game room! I played a little ski-ball. I never got the ball all the way up the ramp but it kept rolling back to me so I got to play longer. Check out the tongue! It helps me concentrate.
I also practiced my driving skills. Then Daddy and I play Whack the Gator! I was racking up on tickets and thinking I could get a big surprise...but no, I got MINI watergun.
After all the games, I got to go swimming back at the hotel! I was a little skeptical at first, but then realized I could sit on the steps and splash.

Then Mommy told Jess to dunk me! I went all the way under and didn't even cry! I made this shocking face and took it like a champ.

Saturday morning, we went for an egg hunt but we were 6 minutes late and ALL the eggs were already gone:( BUT inside we found a jackpot of fun! Here's Jess and me going down a big slide! Wheeee....

Then we found a kids obstacle course!!! A little scooter ride.... Then crawl through the tunnels...
And end the course with a little hula action!

After leaving the "egg hunt" we went to Wal-Mart and ran into the Easter Bunny!!! I was SO brave. I gave him five first, then watched another little girl sit in his lap and get candy...then I decided I could do that too. When I first sat down I didn't move, look up, or even breathe. I was like, "IS this really happening!" Finally, I glanced up and gave a small smile.

After an eventful morning, we finally made it to Daddy's ballgame. It was a much prettier day so I broke out my shades....or "stunners" as Mommy's 5th graders call them:)
This was my seat of choice for much of the 2nd game. Yes, a drain. Right behind home plate in view of everyone in the ballpark. Daddy even saw me sitting here! I was enjoying some Smarties in one of my Easter eggs. I accidentally dropped a few down the drain and tried to reach down to get them, but my little hand just wouldn't fit....luckily says Mommy.
Murray was a fun trip!!!

I took a break from "watching the ballgame" to do a little texting. I also signed some autographs for my fans:)
These are just a couple of random funny pics.
I love black olives. They fit on my fingers perfectly and they're a great snack!

This is my new thing.....I like wearing sunglasses while watching Dora. It makes me feel like she's 3-D!!!

Family Fun!!!

My cousins Reese and Riley came to visit a few weeks ago. We had a lot of fun! Here are a few things I learned from them....I love BBQ chips (orange chips).....I prefer to drink out of Dora cups only.....I say "I hold you" when I want Mommy to pick me up....that's what Reese says.
Reese and I are pretty good bath buddies....here we are playing with the bubbles.
We also got to color eggs...I wanted to just stir the eggs around and get them out with my fingers...not use those little spoon holders. We didn't make too big of a mess. When we were hiding and finding the eggs, Reese and I liked to squeeze and jam our thumbs into the eggs:)

We also went to feed the ducks in between the ballgames. Notice I am feeding myself rather than the ducks:)
Riley was good at throwing the bread out in the water. Reese and I just mainly threw it on the rocks.
This is the best pose the 3 of us could get together. Just not as in to taking pictures as our Mommy's are!

Bath Fun!!!

I love my bath time! I like to try to stand up and then fall down and make a big splash. How do you like my bubble beard?

Ahhhh.... relaxing!
