St. Louieeee!

On Wednesday, Mommy & Daddy took me to St. Louis to the arch and a Cardinals game. I saw the arch as we were driving near it and called it a rainbow! We were going to ride up to the top, but the line was too long...maybe next time! Here's me and Daddy! This pic is for Aunt Jess...I'm singing "The Beaver" song while standing beside this beaver in the museum. Not a very good pic....but a cute story! Checking out one of the horses that pulled the carriages around. I said he was "nice."
One of Daddy's former Delta State players, Brent Leach, pitched for the Dodgers who were playing the Cardinals. He got us great tickets to the game and even got us on the baseball field before the game. Of course when you've seen one baseball field, you've seen 'em all....but Daddy was pretty excited. All I did was play with the rocks and get them in every body's sandals.
Here we are with Brent!
Sharing some nachos with Daddy! I was so good at the game! It went into 15 innings!!! I'm glad we decided to leave in the 12th.
Tasting some cotton candy....not too sure about that consistency?!!?!

Barren River

Daddy's family always spends a long weekend at Barren River Lake every summer. This is my 2nd time going and I had lots of fun! Here I am doing the "Boom-Boom-Clap" as I call it or better known as "Hoedown Throwdown" with my cousin Madison. I love this song!!!Everybody gets their game face on when the Cornhole boards come out! I was a big helper picking up the bags and packing them around.Silly faces with Aunt Jess!
Enjoying the lake in my shades. Mommy & Daddy think they're being sneaky by putting my patch behind my sunglasses, but I still know it's there!
Maybe Daddy should've been a cheerleader in high school cause he can sure lift me high!
Posing for a pic on Michael's boat. I told Mommy "I think it's windy!" When we started to go fast I told Michael to "Go slow," but he didn't seem to listen. I really enjoyed the ride and even took a nap on the boat the next day.

BiRtdAy PaRtY!!!

This is the morning before Mya's birthday party in Campbellsville. Yes, her b-day isn't until Aug. 1 but we had a get party in C-ville with family and friends a little early. Headed to church in this pic! The pain staking, time consuming cupcakes! Thanks Nana...they're not only cute, but delicious. I ate 3 just at the party alone and then one later that night!
Blowing out my 2 candles! Check out the ladybug cake to match the cupcakes. Kuddos to Nana!

Opening presents! I couldn't wait to rip into them. In fact, I did tear a few of the packages when I thought no one was looking. This is my pink ball glove from Walker. Daddy liked this gift:)

I loved my cards more than anything else. I took time to carefully open each one and check out the pictures and the "ABC's." The musical ones were a hit. Here I am reading a card while my friend Cameron is checking out my bracelet.
Reese was trying on my cherry dress for me to make sure it would fit. Looks cute!
My cousin Ann Marie dressed the Ladybug part for the party too. She was a cute red & black ladybug. My buddy Emori also had on a ladybug dress but Mommy didn't get to get a pic of her cute dress:(
Believe it or not, it got a little chilly at the party. Good thing Mommy was prepared with my denim jacket. Ummmm....a ring pop out of the goodie bags!

ZOO!!!

After my post op check up at the doc, Mommy and Daddy took me to the zoo. It was pretty hot, but we survived. Here I am kissing a penguin!!! (Don't worry, he's fake.) Watching hippos swim under water is pretty cool.
The giraffes were probably my favorite. I kept saying, "Look at his tail!" And yes "Nonae" they are the prettiest giraffes I've ever seen (and the only ones)!
My monkey box! I had to have it. It's like a musical box but instead of a girly ballerina spinning inside....I have a cute little monkey.

Parks & Rec Day

Our neighbor told Mommy about this fun Parks and Rec day in Cape with lots of fun things to do. It was a great activity to get out of the house after my surgery. Here I am making a necklace...check out my concentration with the tongue out. Touching a SNAKE! I don't know what's scarier the snake or the guy holding it:)

Cooling off with a popsicle!
Got a ladybug tattoo while waiting in line to see DORA!!! I got my pic taken with her and gave her a hug.
Hey you can't fuss at me for getting a little close to get these bean bags in....I'm working with one eye right now!
Happy as can be! I was a great patient for Mommy and Daddy!
Playing hide-n-go seek with Daddy, but as you can see I'm peeking a little bit while I'm counting!

Looking at the stars with Daddy! Playing dress up and rockin' my new Converse tennis shoes!

Take a look at my triple boos! I have a patch on my eye then I banged up my knees while playing outside. I scraped the same knee 3 nights in a row...OWEEEE!

Eye Surgery

On July 8th I went in for an eye surgery. Everything didn't go as planned, but I sure was a trooper! Here I am waiting around. Dr. Lueder put an arrow above my left eye so they would operate on the correct one!!! HANGING! It should be a sport. I'm hanging with Baby Emori on the side of the bed.
Taking a stroll in the hippo while waiting for them to come get me.
I've got my gown on now, but still killing time with some puzzles and coloring!

Daddy holding me after I got my silly medicine! It made me so goofy. I couldn't even hold my own head up. It was to help me relax and not remember separating from Mommy and Daddy.
I'm all done and one tired gal. I couldn't seem to wake up after all those drugs.
The day after, when the doc took off my bandage. Oweee~ I didn't like to look at it in the mirror. I would tell Mommy to put my big patch back on!

I've been around the world.....

I've been doing quite a bit of traveling this summer! I went to Kentucky for several days before heading to Gulf Shores, AL and then stopping in Mississippi on my journey back home. I didn't know if I was coming or going.....and every time I arrived somewhere new I wanted to "Go Bye Bye" again. I was a good rider for Mommy and Daddy though and even discovered a few new movies to watch other than Dora....Nemo and Cinderella:)

This is taken on the 1st leg of my trip in KY. Notice I'm sporting a baseball jersey like Daddy. It even has "McCarty" on the back. I call it my "Daddy shirt." Reaching for the moon and stars! Here's what I always say, "Uhhh, I can't reach it...it's too high." How precious!
I got to see Little Miss Emori. I helped give her a bottle and got to hold and play with her for a while! When I finally got back home, I named one of my babies after her:) AAHHHH...It's COLD! Swimming at Nana's. Enjoying a waterfall with my buddy Cameron. After a 10 hour trip, I'm at the beach finally! My cousins Reese and Riley were there some of the same days we were so we got to hang out with them. Here's Reese and me testing out the ocean water for the first time. I love it...Reese, not so much. Splashing in the water with Daddy! Day 2 at the beach, Reese and I getting buried! We both love the sand...today at least. Riley is reading me a book!!! Just learning to swim. I learned that if I wear these floaties, I can swim by myself. I'm just tasting this water to make sure it's ready to swim in. I haven't learned to close my mouth yet so that the water doesn't get in. Daddy throwing me HIGH!!! A little putt-putt golf in the smoking hot heat! Hole in one (when I use me hands). I rode all the big kid rides:) These are the swings. I was in a zone going round and round and singing a song the entire time. Riding a carasoule...first I picked this zebra and then switched to a giraffe that didn't even move. Loving the big bathtub at our condo! Check out these mega bubbles! 4th of July! Heading out to the boat to ride in the bay and watch the fireworks!!! What fun! Captain Simon and Mya are watching out for other boats. On our way back from Gulf Shores, we got to stop in for a short visit in my birthtown, Cleveland! Here I am eating supper with Andi and Austin....not sure where Reed ran off to???
